最近看资金费率一极端我就有点手痒：要不要去当对手盘薅一把？

I recently saw extreme funding rates and got a bit itchy: should I go against the market and take a cut?

我以为自己能“高位空、低位多”稳稳吃费率，结果一根针插下来，费率没吃到先把我心态打穿…
I thought I could "short high and go long low" to steadily earn the funding rate, but as soon as a needle pricked, I didn't get the rate and my mentality was shattered…

说白了，极端费率=市场情绪拉满，能赚但也最容易被教做人。
In plain terms, extreme rates = market sentiment at its peak, you can make money but it's also the easiest way to be taught a lesson.

现在我更偏向两种做法：要么小仓位去对冲一下，别幻想一口吃成胖子；
Now I prefer two approaches: either small positions to hedge a bit, don’t dream of eating a big profit at once;

要么干脆躲波动，等费率回归正常再说。
or simply avoid the volatility and wait for the rates to return to normal.

反正空投季任务平台搞反女巫、积分又卷得像上班，已经够累了，交易这边我就不想再“加班”给市场交学费了。
