The popularity of the Hong Kong concept stems from the frequently favorable policies of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Securities and Futures Commission towards Web3. On March 25th, Hong Kong concept tokens such as CFX and ACH saw a 24-hour increase of 20%, seemingly warming up the market for the upcoming Web3 conference in Hong Kong in April.
