1. Before casting, WLP needs to send a quotation request to the protocol server, which will return a quotation order.
2. If the order price is discounted, WLP can apply for minting coins for the order on the chain. The cash will first be transferred to the protocol contract.
3. The protocol will verify the order and notify PMM to complete the order.
4. Once PMM receives the order request, PMM will send the base tokens to our custody wallet.
5. After verifying the transfer, the protocol will transfer the cash to PMM and mint SSI tokens for WLP.

3.3 Burning

1. Before burning, WLP needs to send a quote request to the Protocol Server, which will return an order.
2. If the order price is discounted, WLP can destroy the order on the chain. The SSI token will first be transferred to the protocol contract.
3. The protocol will verify the order and notify the PMM to complete the order.
4. Once PMM receives the order request, PMM will transfer the cash to the protocol contract.
5. Then, the protocol will transfer the underlying tokens from the custody wallet to PMM.
6. After verifying the transfer, the protocol will destroy the SSI tokens and transfer the cash to WLP.

3.4 Rebalance

1. The protocol enters a state of rebalancing and suspends the minting and burning operations.
2. The protocol first obtains the information of the target index component tokens from the index compiler, including the details of rebalancing.
3. The protocol server sends a rebalancing quote request to PMM, and PMM will return a quote order.
4. If the order price is discounted, the protocol will verify the order and notify the PMM of the transaction.
5. During the rebalancing process, tokens will be transferred between the protocol’s custody wallet and PMM wallet. PMM will sell the tokens removed from the index and buy the tokens added. This process is protected by on-chain smart contracts to ensure the credibility of the transactions.
6. After all transactions are completed, the protocol will update the constituent information of the index token and mark the rebalancing process as completed.
7. Once the rebalancing process is completed, the minting and burning operations will be restored.
