Rayls just released a Manifesto inside their Discord 🔍

When you open it and connect your X account, you receive a Rayls Passport Card, each card comes with different rarity tiers (Common, Rare, Legendary…). Nobody knows what it unlocks yet, which honestly makes it even more intriguing.

Reading through the Manifesto, you start to see the bigger picture they’re hinting at:
A system where institutions run their private layer, while retail users still access the public rails. It feels like a real bridge between TradFi and DeFi, privacy and compliance included.

A few lines stood out to me:
- Equal access to high-quality financial products.
- Institutions moving away from outdated rails.
- Privacy as a prerequisite for real adoption.

And the surrounding signals are getting interesting 👀
- Tether paying attention to RWA activity on Rayls, interesting to see Rayls collaborating around RWA flows with Tether, a pretty big signal. If Tether is paying attention, that says something.
- Messari covering Rayls in a recent report.
- Rayls being used as the privacy layer in a CBDC pilot in Brazil.

And now with the TGE confirmed for 01.12.2025 — Save the date 🔔, the timing of all these signals feels even more intentional. Something is clearly being lined up.

No idea what the Passport Card will unlock, the team is keeping it tight. But the way everything is being set up definitely “feels like setup for something bigger.” ✦
