The brief shows that in February, Yuexiu Property achieved contracted sales of (, including the contracted sales of joint ventures and associated companies' projects, totaling approximately 2.905 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 53.3%. The contracted sales area was approximately 106,900 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of about 7.6%.
