Golden words HT: Shareholder Shi Yanjun plans to reduce his stake by no more than 1.30%.

On January 7, Jinzi HT announced that shareholder Shi Yanjun holds 63,007,200 shares of the company (accounting for 5.20% of the total share capital of the company), and plans to reduce the shareholding by no more than 15,751,800 shares (i.e. no more than 1.30% of the total share capital of the company) within three months after the announcement of the pre-disclosure of the reduction of shares through centralized bidding or block trading.
