French President Macron announced that the French AI industry will receive private investments of 109 billion euros (approximately 112.6 billion US dollars). Macron described this investment as similar to the US $500 billion AI investment project 'Stargate'. It is reported that the French investment will include contributions from the United Arab Emirates, US, and Canadian investment funds, as well as the participation of French companies such as Iliad, Orange, and Thales. The United Arab Emirates plans to invest 30 to 50 billion euros in France to build a 1 GW AI data center.
