Abstract generation in progress

Odaily Planet Daily News Aptos research director Alexander Spiegelman said in a post on X that he doesn't understand why Monad spends so much time copying Aptos' technology. Everything is Open Source, with many peer-reviewed papers already available. Instead of being secretive, it's better to copy directly in a straightforward manner. In response, Monad co-founder James Hunsaker said, “When you were still wearing diapers, I was already studying Software Transactional Memory (STM) in the Haskell environment. BlockSTM is a simple extension of these things. I have never seen any Aptos code, in fact, if you hadn’t posted these groundless claims, I wouldn’t even think of Aptos.”
