According to the news from TechFlow on March 11th, despite strong community doubts, the '2030 Lock Proposal' proposed by Meow, co-founder of Jupiter, has been approved by a majority vote of 63%, as reported by SolanaFloor. According to the voting results, 280 million JUP Tokens will be locked until 2030, and in return, Meow will receive an additional 220 million JUP rewards.

This vote had about 4.89 billion votes cast, with 63% (approximately 3.09 billion votes) in favor of the proposal, 26% (approximately 1.29 billion votes) against, and 10% (approximately 50.36 million votes) abstained.
