Abstract generation in progress

A single Bitcoin miner solved a single Bitcoin block on their own and won the entire reward of 263,000 dollars.

Using this miner, the Bitaxe machine, he mined the BTC block alone and earned approximately 263,000 dollars.

This miner became the 297th solo miner to mine a Bitcoin block from the solo.ckpool Bitcoin mining pool.

Mining pool developer Con Kolivas congratulated the miner, saying that the miner used a Bitaxe machine that hashes at 480 gigahash per second (GH/s) (GH/s). Compared to machines that can operate at over 230,000 GH/s used by many major crypto mining companies, this machine is much simpler.

We congratulate the super lucky miner who solved 297th solo block with only 3.3TH and 480GH on bitaxe in solo.ckpool!

The chance of a miner of this size finding a block per day is less than one in a million, or alternatively, on average, it will take 3,500 years to find a block.

Bitcoin blocks are produced approximately every 10 minutes and are typically mined by mining pools with the highest chance of block reward. The reward for successfully mining a block is currently 3.125 Bitcoin, following a halving event earlier this year.
