[Chain News] Recent gossip has shaken the community again—Li Feng, the co-founder of Moore Threads, known as the “first Chinese GPU stock,” has been accused of issuing coins to raise funds and still owes 1,500 BTC. As the uproar grew, the founder of a leading exchange, Star, finally spoke out.
His response was rather restrained: “People can’t live in the shadow of past troubles forever. Look ahead, focus on positive energy. Let the law handle the debts, and I wish all the entrepreneurs good luck.”
Nice words, but 1,500 BTC is no small sum—at current prices, that’s several hundred million. With a debt dispute of this magnitude, the legal process is likely to become a prolonged battle. On the other hand, the crypto world has seen too many stories of love and hate over the years; no one can really make sense of the early players’ ledgers anymore.
