#BTC Stefan Thomas, a programmer from the US, lost 7,002 Bitcoin worth Rp11 trillion because he forgot the password for his IronKey, a USB hard drive that stored his Bitcoin wallet. He acquired the Bitcoin in 2011 by creating educational videos. IronKey only allows 10 attempts to enter the password before permanently encrypting the data, and Thomas has tried 8 times with no success. Although he was once devastated, he ultimately chose to let go, accept the loss, and move on with his life and return to work.
