Right now I'm breaking down SpeedRun into two distinct phases.

Phase one? That was the original crew. Tight-knit group, got in before anyone else, rough around every corner. We weren't chasing airdrops—we were pressure-testing the whole loop: how prompts fed into data, how deployment actually worked, how rewards flowed back. Back then, Covalent was laser-focused on nailing down the fundamentals of that cycle. It was messy, but that's where the real learning happened.

Early adopters really reaped huge rewards, and now the newcomers are just the next wave. The stress testing phase was truly the most valuable period.

Really, that early batch of people were tough characters, not just purely under pressure testing for the airdrop, that mentality is unmatched.

How much of the data flow from the early stress tests has been recorded? It seems that the abnormal slippage in the first phase should uncover quite a bit of arbitrage opportunity.

Getting on board early is really a different story. Back then, everyone was testing the mechanism with real stakes, and now these latecomers just want to Clip Coupons.

ngl early players are really a different breed, they don't care about airdrops, only about testing processes... this is the true builder mindset.

ngl the early phase always hits different—when it's still rough and unpolished, that's when the real feedback loops are screaming data at you. pressure-testing before the airdrop farmers showed up... *chef's kiss* pure signal, no noise

Early users were really doing hard work, not for the airdrop but genuinely refining the product logic.
