To be honest, this project has great potential and a solid technical foundation. But the problem lies with the team's execution—the CTO holds the position but does nothing, community suggestions go unanswered, and the roadmap updates are ridiculously slow. They have good cards but can't play them right, which is a real shame for the project. I hope the team faces these issues head-on, replaces people if needed, and makes necessary adjustments. Don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch.

Oh no, this CTO really needs to be replaced, otherwise even the best project would be wasted.

No matter how good the technology is, it's useless if execution is weak. This CTO is just holding the position without doing anything—sooner or later, things will go wrong.

This CTO needs to be replaced. If this keeps dragging on, the project is going to fail.

This CTO really needs to be replaced. If this continues, such a good foundation will be wasted.

ngl, this is the classic "strong fundamentals, weak execution" trap i've seen play out like a dozen times before. cto just collecting a paycheck while the roadmap gathers dust? yeah, that's not sustainable tokenomics for human capital lmao

Wasting a good hand like this is truly a shame, this CTO really needs to be replaced.
