[SZ BlockBeats] There’s new movement in the SVM sector. A Layer1 project called Fogo recently conducted a pretty interesting mainnet stress test—they launched an on-chain fishing game called Fogo Fishing, using high-frequency transactions to simulate real-world scenarios and test throughput. Currently, TPS has already soared above 1,000, which is quite impressive for a testing phase.
This round of testing will last about two weeks, with random snapshots taken during the period. Here’s the key point: users who participate in the fishing game or provide liquidity in Valiant Pools will be eligible for an airdrop. The team has also upgraded the ecosystem points system to version 1.5, seemingly laying the groundwork for future token distribution.
The project’s fundraising history is also pretty solid: in January this year, they raised $8 million at a $100 million valuation on the Echo platform, led by The Echonomist, with CMS Holdings, Big Brain and other institutions following. Before that, in December last year, they completed a $5.5 million seed round, with Distributed Global leading with $5 million. Notably, co-founder Robert Sagurton previously worked at Jump Crypto, so the team has a strong background.

1000+ TPS sounds pretty good, but it's the same old tricks with fishing games and airdrops.
However, Fogo's funding background looks decent, just worried it might be another PPT project.
Friends participating in the test, hurry up and take snapshots, don't miss the free airdrop.
Can SVM make a comeback this time? Kinda looking forward to it.
Taking a bet on whether Fogo will rug, haha.

Here comes another phishing attempt. This time they're stress-testing by moving the game directly on-chain—pretty aggressive.
---
Wait, is the TPS really stable above 1,000, or do the test results just look good on paper?
---
Another airdrop is here. You probably have to stay online every day during the two-week snapshot period.
---
Raised at a $100 million valuation—definitely confident. Now let's see if they can actually deliver.
---
Valiant Pools is offering airdrops for providing liquidity? Sounds like another chance to get rekt.
---
The fishing game approach is definitely novel, but can the real TPS really match the game test results?
---
If you get into the fishing game early, maybe you can score some rewards.
---
Version 1.5 points system—looks like it's the final push before distribution begins.

Fishing game boosting TPS? That’s a pretty wild idea, but the airdrop farming routine is still the same old trick.
Seriously? Claiming 1000+ TPS already? Let’s see what happens when the mainnet goes live.
Fogo is a nice name, but who knows if it’ll actually take off. Let’s first see who the investors are.
Upgraded points system, snapshots, airdrops—it all feels like the same playbook.
Fishing game boosting TPS—the marketing is pretty clever, at least more interesting than just inflating numbers.
Competition in the SVM track is getting fiercer. How far can they go with $8 million in funding?

Another new thing on SVM, honestly, I'm a bit tempted.
TPS breaking a thousand is something to brag about, but I wonder how long this fishing game will last.
I've never missed out on an airdrop.
Hmm...$80 million raised at a $100 million valuation, that's quite an appetite.
Just go for it, nothing to lose anyway.
I need to keep a close eye on the snapshot mechanism these two weeks, don't want to play for nothing.
Feels like the SVM space has been stacking games these past few years, and the TPS numbers are getting flashier.
The name Fogo just doesn't sound right, always makes me think of some exchange.
Everyone's here, so let's fish. Anyway, we need to farm liquidity.
SVM newcomer Fogo tests mainnet with fishing game: TPS exceeds 1,000, airdrop on the way
