There’s new activity in the Bitcoin scene of Mérida, Mexico. Two local Bitcoin community organizations, Acepta Bitcoin 21 and Arcadia BTC, have recently struck a partnership with a software technology institute to launch Bitcoin education and hands-on projects on campus.

It’s worth highlighting Arcadia BTC—this company was founded in 2017 and set a record this August by becoming the first company on the Mexican Stock Exchange to go public with Bitcoin as its core strategy.

Mérida is quite friendly toward Bitcoin; previously, a White Paper House was even established there. Now, with the addition of educational initiatives, it seems they’re aiming to foster Bitcoin awareness among the younger generation.

Merida's moves this time are pretty aggressive. From the community to exchanges to campus education, they're building a complete ecological loop. This is what real adoption looks like.

actually let me break this down—merida's doing something most latam cities are still too scared to attempt. if you examine the data on bitcoin adoption curves, educational infrastructure precedes institutional uptake by like 18-24 months historically speaking. arcadia hitting the mexican stock exchange with btc as *core* strategy? that's governance precedent right there.

Merida is really playing chess, starting to occupy young people's minds from the cultural front... I'm familiar with this tactic. As for Arcadia BTC's listing, just looking at the name is bold enough—they directly put Bitcoin as their core strategy. Now the white paper palace is adding education. Are they trying to link up the entire ecosystem?

Merida's approach is really smart—cultivating the next generation through education is much wiser than just speculating on coins. Arcadia BTC going straight to listing is also a bold move. It reminds me that our community should focus more on practical projects instead of just shouting slogans.

Merida's move this time is brilliant, going straight for education. Once young people get enlightened, the whole game changes.

Merida is really getting serious this time, from the community to exchanges to campus education—the entire ecosystem chain is being laid out incredibly solidly.

Merida is really making strategic moves here, from the white paper house to campus education, directly blocking young people's awareness... Arcadia BTC played this move brilliantly, enduring from 2017 until now to go directly to the stock exchange. I could never match that level of patience.

Merida is getting more and more aggressive, from White Paper House to now launching campus education. It looks like they're aiming to cultivate the next generation of token holders.
