Their response was this—the nature of the incident is indeed quite serious, and they have already initiated an internal investigation. The results will be released as soon as possible. Their attitude toward such situations is very clear: zero tolerance.
To be honest, I don't think we should just blindly blame the management. No matter how capable the boss is, it's impossible to monitor every single move of every employee. After all, the organizational structure is there, and the management radius is limited.
