Have you ever thought that, when it comes to decentralization, TRON might have actually surpassed Bitcoin?
I recently came across some pretty shocking data: measured by the Nakamoto coefficient, TRON scored 14, while Bitcoin? Only 4. In other words, in terms of decentralization, TRON is actually 3.5 times that of Bitcoin.
Some of you might not be familiar with the Nakamoto coefficient—it’s a metric that measures a network’s resistance to attack and the degree of power distribution. The higher the number, the more nodes you’d need to team up to control the entire network. From this perspective, TRON’s network structure is indeed more distributed than many people imagine.
Of course, decentralization isn’t just about a single number, but this comparison does overturn a lot of people’s preconceived notions about these two chains.

Wait, Satoshi coefficient 14 vs 4? Where did this data come from? Feels a bit off, can TRON really surpass BTC?
---
The algorithms are different, right? Comparing them like this is too one-sided, you can't judge decentralization by just one metric.
---
Is TRON's node distribution really that even? I always hear that a few big players call the shots.
---
Bitcoin's historical foundation and security are right there, just looking at this coefficient doesn't mean much.
---
Hmm? Is this real data? Feels like TRON fan marketing copy, a bit suspicious.
---
You can't say it like that, BTC has always been stable, and although TRON is more distributed, its ecosystem is still lacking.
---
So does a higher Satoshi coefficient mean more decentralization? Then why does it feel like TRON still follows mainstream coins?
---
Interesting, but what's the source of this data? Can you dig it up?

Wait, does the Nakamoto coefficient explain everything? Then why do I still feel like there's something a bit... "centralized" about TRON?

Is the Satoshi coefficient reliable? It feels a bit ridiculous to me.

Uh... Did the Satoshi coefficient just flip like that? Feels like something's off.

The Nakamoto coefficient is a bit one-sided... Judging decentralization solely based on this metric and claiming TRON is more decentralized than BTC feels a bit like gambler’s fallacy.

Wait, where did this Satoshi coefficient data come from? Are you sure it's not just selectively reporting the good news and ignoring the bad?
