That moment when you're celebrating a 10x gain, feeling like a genius... then watch it moon to 100x without you 😭

Sold too early gang, where you at? We've all been there - that mix of pride and pain hits different when you realize you had a rocket ship but hopped off at the first fuel stop.

Come on, I got over it a long time ago. Smart people cash out at 10x. Don’t let FOMO eat your brain.

The decision I regret most in my life was that time... Seriously, even a 10x gain is worth popping champagne, but what happened? Sold too early, it's always selling too early. If I had just waited a bit longer, it would've been totally different. Watching others make 100x while my joy over 10x evaporates in an instant—it's an indescribable feeling. I'm afraid to look at my positions; every time I do, it's just self-torture.

actually... the real question nobody's asking is whether you even *understood* the cryptographic primitives you were holding, or if it was just hype-fueled gambling dressed up as genius 🤔 most people optimize for fomo exit, not information-theoretic security of their conviction. that's the actual vulnerability here

Based on the comparison between 10x and 100x, what this actually reflects is the psychological battle between taking profit and greed. From a quantitative perspective, most retail investors seriously underestimate the persistence of market cycles when setting their sell points. There’s really no need to blame yourself for selling too early; the key is to establish a more scientific trading strategy for the next round and not let FOMO control you. Historical data shows that this kind of regret often leads to chasing the top and getting stuck. I’m actually thinking, is this wave just an isolated case or does it reflect a change in the overall market structure? It does feel like the frequency of surges is indeed higher than in previous cycles. This is the gambler’s dilemma—10x is already the psychological limit for many, but the market just has to tempt you with 100x, and then you start feeling endless regret. To be honest, both selling too early and holding for too long are mistakes, but from a technical perspective, being able to exit safely at the first opportunity actually shows you have risk awareness; it’s better than those who end up stuck with a 50% loss.
