#美联储重启降息步伐 $ZEC Let me start with some hard truth: I used to be that typical buy-high-sell-low trader. When prices surged, I’d rush in with stars in my eyes, $FHE and when prices dropped, I stubbornly kept averaging down, thinking I'd eventually catch the rebound. What happened? One sudden market downturn wiped out more than 20% of my account—watching the numbers go from "there's still hope" to "completely doomed." That was when I truly realized that "compounding positions" isn't something to mess around with.

$XNY What do most people think compounding positions means? They think it’s about adding more when in profit, maxing out leverage, and betting everything on catching that big move. But honestly, that's not compounding at all—that’s just gambling with your life. The market adjusts by 5%, and your position is gone; a quick spike, and all your fantasies are wiped to zero. This isn't a strategy—it’s pure impulsiveness.

Later, I figured out one thing: the real enemy of compounding isn't how dangerous the market is, but your own restless heart. The real pros only add once their principal is safe; they don’t go all in when losing, but accelerate with the trend when the timing is right.

During that time, I reviewed my trades multiple times and came up with a few iron rules:

**First, only add to your position when in profit, never when losing.** Averaging down just digs yourself deeper, but adding while winning is how you really build momentum.

**Second, add proportionally, not recklessly.** For example, if you grow 100U to 120U, don’t double up right away—just increase your position steadily. Let your risk and reward grow together, don’t get it backwards.

**Third, principal is more important than calling the right direction.** As long as you have your principal, you’ll always have another shot; lose it, and the game is over for good.

Since then, I realized: compounding was never about running faster, but about letting your profits enter the true cycle of compound growth. Ask yourself, do you want to keep being the one who gets rekt, or do you want to be the one laughing at the end?
