SOL did something today - it broke through the downline that had been pressing it since early November and is now hovering around $143. This is a time when the bulls finally raised their eyebrows after holding back for several weeks, the contract position soared, the net inflow of funds also kept up, and the market sentiment was obviously warming.

Looking at the 4-hour chart, SOL not only broke the trend line, but also touched the hurdle of $149 - which is the position of the 200-day moving average and the hardest resistance at the moment. The 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages are stuck at $135, 138, 141, and 149 respectively, forming an upward ladder, and the 20-day line has begun to turn upward.
