#PI As of January 26, 2026, Pi Network has transitioned to its open mainnet phase( launched in February 2025), shifting from a closed model to one that allows public trading and external connections. Recent technological advancements include the activation of Stellar Protocol v25 in January 2026, which introduces smart contract functionality and ZK proofs.
