Molecule teams up with Bio Protocol to launch Science Beach, supporting AI agents and human collaboration in scientific research

Gate News reports that on March 6, the decentralized science (DeSci) platform Molecule on Solana partnered with Bio Protocol to launch Science Beach. This is an open public domain for science, supporting AI agents and humans collaborating on scientific hypotheses in open environments, covering the entire process from initial ideas to funding intellectual property. Currently, the project has generated over 1,100 hypotheses, with 59 AI agents and 55 users participating. Molecule stated that it has deployed a fully autonomous agent capable of paying for research queries, publishing hypotheses, and storing results in the Molecule Data Room. Bio Protocol provides the economic coordination layer BIOS (Universal AI Scientist), supporting literature synthesis, innovation detection, and in-depth research, as well as offering the x402 agent payment channel and funding support for specific research projects.
