CZ Calls for Blockchain Explorers to Hide Spam Transactions Amid Ethereum Address Attacks



CZ stated that amid rising "address poisoning" attacks on the Ethereum network, blockchain explorers should automatically filter out spam transactions and hide them from users. According to him, this is technically straightforward to implement, and Trust Wallet has already rolled out such a feature. Earlier, Etherscan warned that such attacks are becoming increasingly automated: scammers use similar addresses to trick users into sending funds to the wrong destination.
