外高桥业绩快报：2025年净利润同比减少1.27%
人民财讯3月13日电，外高桥(600648)3月13日发布2025年度业绩快报，2025年，公司实现营业总收入59.7亿元，同比减少17.54%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润9.39亿元，同比减少1.27%。基本每股收益0.69元。报告期内，无新售住宅项目达到收入确认条件，仅有商铺及零星交付住宅收入，故房产销售面积和收入减少，导致营业总收入同步减少；净利减少主要由于成功发行持有型不动产ABS项目产生大额股权转让投资收益，以及房产销售毛利减少等因素。
