ETH Evening Market Analysis $ETH

BlackRock has made another ETH on-chain transfer today. Combined with current price action, tonight deserves close attention.

From a technical perspective, ETH is at a critical decision point. After retracing from yesterday's high of 2384 to today's afternoon low of 2294, a nearly 90-point drop, it has begun to rebound. Currently trading around 2330, right at the 4H-level previous support-turned-resistance zone of 2325-2336. This level is sensitive—breaking above signals a strong recovery, while failure means the weak bounce is ending.

Today's price action has been interesting. First rallied to 2336 for the day's high, then quickly sold off to 2305, then recovered back to 2330, with bulls and bears trading back and forth. This suggests major market disagreement, with institutions heavy churning in this range. From the 1H perspective, the bounce has decent strength, rallying 25 points from 2305 with volume breaking through 2320 and 2325, but the 2336 resistance above is substantial—the afternoon saw two failed attempts to break it.

Regarding BlackRock: each time there are large on-chain ETH transfers, especially into exchange wallets, they're typically passive selling from ETF redemptions. In this current weak structure, institutional selling pressure becomes a catalyst. The funding rate has turned positive at 0.0037, indicating retail longs are adding leverage during the bounce—possibly fueling selling pressure.

Key Levels: Above, 2336 is today's high and has repeatedly failed to break—a volume break above would signal reversal. Below, 2310 is today's repeatedly tested support; breaking it could accelerate moves toward 2294 and 2280. 2325 is the bull/bear dividing line—above favors bulls, below leans bearish.

Tonight's US session typically sees higher volatility; breakouts in either direction could produce smooth trending moves. Recommend monitoring the 2325 and 2336 key levels, entering only after clear signals emerge at these levels—avoid chasing blindly at intermediate positions.
