People in crypto are generally depressed and anxious. I'd estimate if you checked with a psychiatrist, many would have bipolar disorder—extreme emotional fluctuations. Assets rise and fall dramatically with market cycles, and the noisy environment combined with constant gain/loss anxiety makes it hard to avoid psychological issues.

More than anything, I genuinely recommend everyone live happier and a bit more selfishly.

High sensitivity, strong sense of responsibility, and caring too much about others' opinions are the roots of unhappiness.

Don't feel guilty about being selfish. In social relationships, NPD personalities are everywhere—among business partners, and possibly even close family.

Financial extortion, poor character, emotional manipulation, continuous suppression, enjoying degrading you...

When a relationship makes you doubt yourself, deny yourself, and live like you're atoning for sins, it's already deteriorated.

Bravely cutting off such relationships is self-protection.

Love yourself first before loving others. As long as your choices don't intentionally harm others, being disliked is no big deal.

Living happily comes first. Tomorrow will definitely bring more beautiful scenery.

Don't collapse today because of some unresolved issues.
