What @RiverdotInc is doing with satUSD feels like a natural step forward to me.

Instead of constantly moving assets from one chain to another, the idea is simple, you leave them where they are and just mint what you need on the chain you want.
That small change actually removes a lot of the friction people have gotten used to in crypto. No more worrying about bridges, delays, or extra steps just to get value across.
It’s one of those things that sounds simple, but once you understand it, it makes you question why it wasn’t done this way earlier.
Everything just feels a bit smoother and more flexible.
Still early, but it’s interesting to watch how this approach plays out over time.
