I used to love running, but now I do more strength training. After gaining more muscle, I feel more resilient under pressure.


After going to bed early and waking up early, I can handle trades more steadily.
Currently, my main activities are tennis, swimming, and muscle building.
Almost all of my workouts are guided by professional coaches.
I always believe I can create greater wealth and have been working on refining my mindset. However, maybe this year will be the last year I trade.
