Other culprits I discovered: privacy apps like Truecaller or RoboKiller can block your caller ID if they have deep permissions. Also, older SIM cards sometimes struggle with newer networks, so replacing yours might help. And if you're roaming internationally, the caller ID signal can get lost passing through different networks.

The annoying part is sometimes your carrier controls this at the account level, so even if your phone says caller ID is on, they might be blocking it from their end.
