$12.7 $RAVE , do you still dare to get in?

Seven days ago it was $0.29, no one paid attention. Seven days later it surged to $19.66, a 6,000% increase, then dropped 28% in one day, directly crashing to $11.73. 24-hour trading volume hit 100k, shorts were liquidated for $40 million, on-chain data shows three wallets hold 90% of the tokens, and the team itself is shouting "high volatility."
First, look at the surface: a surge of 6,000%, then a free fall.
In the past 7 days, RAVE rose from $0.29 to $19.66, with a maximum increase of over 60 times. In 24 hours, it gained 230%, with trading volume skyrocketing from millions to 400 million. But after hitting $19.66 yesterday, today it directly crashed to $11.73, nearly a 30% drop in one day.
The first thing: Tier 1 exchanges listed it simultaneously + short squeeze, blowing up the shorts.
Four major exchanges almost simultaneously listed RAVE, plus the "RAVE Carnival" event to hype it up, liquidating shorts for $30-40 million. Liquidity exploded from a few million to 400 million instantly, a typical short squeeze rocket — not because the project is worth this much, but because shorts were forced to buy it up.
The second thing: Web3 music narrative, with real revenue, but valuation already crazy.
RaveDAO has held over 20 sold-out events worldwide, with a total of over 100k attendees, and real ticket revenue of about $3 million in 2025. They collaborate with big-name DJs like Don Diablo, using tokens to buy tickets, stake, and govern the DAO, with no VC private placements, early user growth through events. FDV reaches $11.8 billion, but the actual circulating market cap is only $2.95 billion.
The third thing: technical analysis shows this is not a correction, but distribution.
Daily chart: yesterday peaked at $19.66, today dropped to $11.73, with long upper shadows and volume-increasing bearish candles, textbook top signals. RSI fell from 99.59 but remains high, and the upper Bollinger Band at $12.9–$13 already acts as a short-term strong resistance.
On one side: Tier 1 listings, short squeeze surge, Web3 music narrative.
On the other side: 90% team holdings, $11.8 billion FDV, 30% drop in one day.
Key level: $10.5–$11.5, the last line of defense for bulls and bears.
If you're a short-term gambler: lightly buy in the $10.8–$11.2 range to catch a rebound, no more than 5–8% position, set stop-loss below $10. Rebalance and reduce positions if it rebounds above $14.5, fully sell above $15.
If you're a normal investor: just stay away for now. Wait until it drops to $8–$9, RSI falls below 40, and the team releases lock-up exit announcements before considering whether to watch $RAVE ‌#Gate广场四月发帖挑战
