Look at @Vida_BWE's thoughts --- If you are someone with ideas about finance and trading, embrace vibe coding~
Recently, there's been a lot of talk... pushing many former crypto bloggers, and lately, various AI bloggers transitioning...
This actually falls into two categories,
One is those purely chasing traffic... just changing the traffic carrier from web3 to AI... This is the kind mentioned above...
Actually, there's another type—people who already have a mature system in place, and after getting into vibe coding, they become unstoppable...
-----------
Once you've used it, you'll realize that vibe coding not only quickly realizes your various ideas / wild thoughts / unconventional tricks / ideas that seem useful but you're unsure if they really work / writing indicators / integrating indicator usage / automatically replacing subjective judgment...
All of these can be achieved purely through talking, with vibe coding bringing them to life, and sometimes even better than your initial expectations or ideas for expansion...
At that moment, you'll find your thinking and perspectives suddenly open up...
------------
So, go ahead and pursue vibe coding, boldly realize your ideas... Maybe you'll really make it happen....
As long as you have ideas yourself, there's always a system that can bring them to life...
For example, a couple of days ago, @thecryptoskanda's autoresearch framework for finding scam coins
Or @zeroxmin's strategy using HermesAgent...
Or the various niche markets on polymarket with lobsters (though many became invalid after the hype)
------
Over the past few weeks, my biggest realization is that everyone used to say, ideas are the least valuable... only those who can execute well are impressive...
This applies to entrepreneurs, researchers, and traders alike...
But in the vibe coding era, at least in terms of execution, everyone’s ability can be pushed to 85 or even 90 points... (the coding ability of large models)
And the real difference-maker is only each person's ideas...
So now, maybe sharing some edge or alpha ideas freely isn't so easy... because vibe coding is too easy to replicate...
-----
Finally, a quick update on the past two weeks' progress...
1. I casually built a V1 version of an intraday gold multi-agent system... (Figure 2)
I’ve never traded gold before, just casually built this based on my understanding and system of trading... like casting a wide net, trying all ideas...
Initially planning to run it for a while and then optimize further...
But, surprisingly, no need for optimization... this casually built system has been steadily profitable for two weeks?
Although the data isn't spectacular, because some patterns have very low win rates...
(Figure 2, PnL is actual XAU points, meaning opening one position each time, no leverage)
(Not backtested, real CFD demo account + pre-placed orders, so no overfitting, future functions, liquidity issues, or matching failures)
It’s a bit wild—often throwing out 20+ trades in a session. One loss might wipe out 200 in a session, but the next session can bounce back with 2-300 profit...
---------
2. I initially planned to optimize the gold V1, but since the V1 framework is so stable, there's no need to change it. What if it gets negatively optimized?
So, aiming for perfection, I made a V2 version for gold intraday trading (Figure 3)
It's been running for 4 days... daily trade volume has decreased, and win rate has become more stable.
Although the PnL isn't as good as V1, it's just fewer trades, and with leverage, it can easily surpass it.
-----------
3. I made a version for BTC intraday... (Figure 4))
It's also been running for 4 days, extremely unstable, very wild. For example, almost all losses on Monday.
Made me question everything—did I spend dozens of hours building this junk?
But then, on Tuesday, a big one-sided move made a huge profit.
By Tuesday, I was confident, but on Wednesday, I lost everything again...
And last night, a wave of trades hit take profit big time...
So, I’m still unsure whether the recent profitability is just due to the recent trending market or if it’s genuinely effective, needing another 2-3 weeks of testing...
----------
4. I also did half of the US stock strategy, stock selection + timing. Just finished it, still needs time to verify.
Will share later...
The approach is still the same as the one I shared a while ago, validated over two months.
It's a complete process that’s easy to replicate.
--------
5. A-shares are currently under research, still in progress, the more I study, the bigger the framework gets...
Various trading methods are overly complex, data sources too cumbersome...
Need some good ways to break things down into smaller parts...
Continuing research...
------------
6. Options (SPX/BTC)
Also in planning, initial research suggests it might be feasible...
Maybe after finishing A-shares, or if A-shares hit a wall...
I’ll explore this.
------------
Finally, don’t blame my results—manage your own money yourself, whether it really works out depends on your own judgment.
And don’t ask me how I did it—like I said, in the vibe coding era, ideas are too easy to replicate.
What I really want to say is the opening line again:
If you are someone with ideas about finance and trading, embrace vibe coding~
More and more examples from different people are telling you...
This path can work...
