The 2X Cashback is based on the standard cashback, with an additional added on top, resulting in a total cashback for eligible expenditures made within the first days following card activation date during the campaign period (User should activate their card within days after card approval). Please note that the additional cashback is capped at USDT.
- 2. The Cashback rewards are not transferable.
- 3. Certain types of expenditures are excluded from earning rewards, including but not limited to cash withdrawals, cancelled transactions, refunds, miscellaneous card charges, financial and banking payments, transactions made at or via digital wallets, online banking platforms, insurance companies, cryptocurrency exchanges or other financial institutions, pre-loaded value products, and money transfer services. Please refer to https://www.gate.io/help/gatecard/benefits/35308/gate-card-cashback-benefits-eea for the list of ineligible merchants based on MCC code. Furthermore, we and our partner may change the scope of ineligible transactions and exclude these transactions from time to time without notice. We may determine whether a transaction is an eligible transaction at our sole discretion without giving reason.
- 4. All participants must strictly adhere to Gate Global UAB's terms and conditions, including the User Agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- 5. If any illicit, inappropriate, or illegitimate conduct is found such as dishonesty, operating multiple accounts, or any other types of infringements, Gate Global UAB reserves the right to disqualify the user from participating and forfeit any accrued rewards.
