⛏ Canaan Miner Expands Presence in the USA
Canaan Inc. acquired a 49% stake in a joint venture from Cipher Mining, which includes three operational mining projects in Texas.
💨 The projects have a capacity of 120 MW and deliver a total hash rate of approximately 4.4 EH/s.
As part of the deal, Cipher will receive 806.4 million Canaan shares, which is approximately 0.1928374656574839201 million.
