Just when my phone popped up a red dot saying "Testnet任务+xx积分", my first reaction wasn't "practice a bit", but rather "if I don't do this, will I miss out"... it's a bit risky. To put it simply, when practice becomes expectation, you need to set a stop-loss for yourself: I now only give the testnet two hours at most, and after that, I close the page; secondly, I only use a brand new small account wallet, don't touch the main wallet, to avoid the day when routing changes or a trap catches you, treating you as real gold and silver. By the way, those on-chain data tools/tag systems have been criticized for lagging and can still be misleading, I believe it too, don't be too superstitious about "address tags = safety", it's better to reproduce the transaction path yourself, see clearly the slippage and the landing contract, and feel more at ease. Anyway, with points and such things, even if I don't get them, I won't lose sleep over it.
