The Fed is about to inject liquidity?

Powell just said something quite crucial: "We will increase the size of the Federal Reserve's balance sheet at an appropriate time." In other words, the money printing machine might be restarted.

This statement sounds quite official, but the market has already started to sense it—quantitative easing, which has been dormant for so long, seems to be making a comeback. Everyone knows what the scenario was last time QE happened: once liquidity is loosened, risk assets are the first to take off.
