金十数据8月18日讯，韩国时尚平台Musinsa正考虑首次公开募股（IPO），并已邀请多家投行提交担任主承销商的方案。IPO细节尚未披露，韩媒报道称，公司可能寻求约10万亿韩元（合72亿美元）估值，最快可能在2026年于韩国或美国上市。Musinsa运营着韩国在线时尚平台“Musinsa”和主打女性用户的“29cm”，两者月活分别约为700万和300万。Musinsa于2022年推出的全球商店增长迅猛，交易量年均增幅达到260%，截至今年4月底，该平台月活已达到300万。根据公司文件，Musinsa去年销售额增长25%至1.2万亿韩元，营业利润扭亏转盈1028亿韩元，今年Q1录得176亿韩元营业利润。
