Foresight News 消息，加密投资公司 DBA 及加密博客 Uncommon Core 2.0 创始人 Jon Charbonneau 及 Flashbots 战略主管 Hasu 发起「将 HYPE 总供应量减少 45% 」的提案，提案建议对 Hyperliquid 的经济模型进行以下更改：撤销当前分配给未来解锁和社区奖励（FECR）的所有未铸造 HYPE 的授权；销毁援助基金（AF）中当前持有的所有 HYPE，AF 持续获取的所有 HYPE 也将被销毁；取消 10 枚 HYPE 的最大供应量上限。持续的代币发行（例如，用于质押发行或社区奖励）将增加总供应量。提案人表示，Hyperliquid 目前拥有大量授权未流通代币可能会带来问题，该提案不会影响现有 HYPE 代币持有者对协议经济的相对所有权、Hyperliquid 资助价值增值计划的能力或这些决策的制定方式。提案发起人披露，DBA 管理的一个或多个投资基金持有 HYPE 代币的重大仓位，两位合著者本人亦持有。如果此提案进入正式治理投票，且 DBA、其关联公司和 / 或合著者能够参与，则所有合著者目前均打算投赞成票（视情况而定）。
