ChainCatcher 消息，据韩媒报道，韩国一名 78 岁个人投资者金巨石（Kim Geo-seok）近日向首尔大学医学院捐赠了 1 枚比特币（约合 1.57 亿韩元），这是该医院首次接收数字资产形式的捐赠。
金先生是一位对数字资产、人工智能（AI）、量子计算机 等未来科技投资领域高度关注的投资者。今年 8 月，他已分别向 大韩红十字会 和 首尔市社会福利联合募捐会 各捐赠 1 枚比特币。值得注意的是，红十字会捐赠也是韩国金融委员会在今年 2 月允许非营利法人为加密资产捐款变现后，首例个人大额数字资产捐赠案例。
据悉，金先生此前还向首尔大学医院捐赠了 8 亿韩元的医院发展基金 和 1 亿韩元的低收入患者援助基金。随着本次比特币捐赠，他的累计捐款总额已超过 10 亿韩元。
首尔大学医院表示，将以此为契机完善内部流程，以便稳定接收数字资产捐赠，并计划将相关捐款广泛用于 教育、科研、医疗及公共卫生事业等领域
