ChainCatcher 消息，据香港经济日报报道，虚拟资产交易平台 JPEX 涉嫌诈骗案有新进展。8 名被告被控多项罪名，案件已押后至 2026 年 3 月 16 日再审。据报道称，8 名被告依次为 TVB 前艺员郑隽熹（31 岁）、萧颖谦（28 岁）、林作（35 岁）、网红“陈怡”陈颖怡（38 岁）、区焯基（31 岁）、赵敬贤（25 岁）、YouTuber“湘湘”梁绮湘（31 岁）及何纪雯（28 岁）。被控罪名包括串谋欺诈、欺诈罪、欺诈地或罔顾实情地诱使他人投资虚拟资产，以及处理已知道或相信为代表从可公诉罪行得益的财产。除郑隽熹无保释申请外，其余 7 名被告获准以原有条件继续保释，期间不得离港并须交出所有旅游证件。
