BlockBeats 消息，12 月 17 日，美国证券市场核心基础设施运营方 DTCC（存管信托与清算公司）宣布，计划将美国国债代币化并引入链上，这是华尔街规模高达数百万亿美元级交易体系迈向区块链的重要一步。DTCC 表示，将允许其子公司 DTC（存管信托公司）托管的部分美国国债在 Canton Network（由 Digital Asset 开发的许可区块链）上铸造为链上资产，并在未来逐步扩展至更广泛的合格证券。该计划已获得美国证监会（SEC）罕见的三年期 no-action letter，确认只要按既定方式运作，SEC 不会采取执法行动。初期适用资产包括美债、部分 ETF 以及跟踪罗素 1000 指数的证券。三方计划在 2026 年上半年推出最小可行产品（MVP），并根据机构需求逐步扩大规模。DTCC 还将加入 Canton Network 治理，并与 Euroclear 共同担任 Canton Foundation 联合主席。
