Odaily星球日报讯 Zcash（ZEC）开发团队 Electric Coin Company（ECC）的首席执行官 Josh Swihart 于 X 发文表示：“过去几周已清楚表明，Bootstrap（ECC 背后的非营利组织，通过管理 ECC 来支持 Zcash）董事会的多数成员，特别是 Zaki Manian、Christina Garman、Alan Fairless 和 Michelle Lai（ZCAM），已明显偏离 Zcash 的使命。昨日，因 ZCAM 的推定解雇行为，整个 ECC 团队已集体离职。简而言之，我们的雇佣条款被单方面修改，致使我们无法有效且正直地履行职责。我们正在创立一家新公司，但我们仍是秉持相同使命的原班团队 —— 构建不可阻挡的隐私货币。关键点在于，Zcash 协议本身不受影响。这一决定仅是为了保护团队的工作成果，使其免受恶意治理行为的侵害 —— 这些行为已导致 ECC 无法履行其原始使命。”

Odaily 注：2020 年，在大多数股东选择捐赠其股份后，Zcash 开发公司 Electric Coin Company（ECC）已在向非营利组织 Bootstrap 结构过渡。
