从技术面看，BMNR 的反弹缺乏说服力。1 月 21 日的短期拉升虽然暂时守住支撑，但整体结构仍处于头肩顶形态中，25.94 美元一线成为关键颈线位。只要股价无法稳固站上该区域，上行空间就会受限；一旦日线有效跌破，则意味着约 30% 至 33% 的下跌路径将被打开，潜在目标包括 22.39 美元、19.11 美元甚至 17 美元。
动量指标同样释放警讯。50 日 EMA 正逼近 200 日 EMA，若形成死亡交叉，往往被视为趋势转弱的确认信号。此前类似交叉曾引发 BMNR 近 15% 的回调，显示该股对技术信号高度敏感。
更重要的是，BMNR 与以太坊价格的相关系数接近 0.51，意味着两者走势经常同向波动。如果 ETH 按部分分析师预期再出现约 20% 的下行，这种关联性可能会放大 BMNR 的跌幅，而非提供缓冲。
