BlockBeats 消息，2 月 24 日，加密投资人 Anthony Pompliano 旗下上市比特币财库公司 ProCap Financial 正在回购自家股票 BRR，以应对股价较净资产价值（NAV）大幅折价的情况。

ProCap 近期回购 148,241 股 BRR，价值约 35.9 万美元。公司当前净资产价值约 3.05 亿美元，而市值不足 2.02 亿美元，mNAV（市值/净资产）低于 1。Pompliano 表示，公司上周「以约 0.65 美元的价格买入价值 1 美元的股票」，只要市场价格显著低于 NAV，将继续积极回购。

数据显示，ProCap 持有 5,007 枚 BTC，按当前价格计算约值 3.25 亿美元。公司自 2025 年 12 月起启动回购，已回购约 2% 的流通股。Pompliano 此前还以个人资金投入 100 万美元购股，并表示仅当股价达到 15 美元时才获得股权激励。

二级市场方面，BRR 周一收报 2.42 美元，过去六个月跌幅约 76%，较去年高点累计下跌 85%。与此同时，比特币近 24 小时下跌约 4%，报约 64,888 美元，较去年 10 月逾 12.6 万美元高点回撤近 49%。
