PANews 2月24日消息，据PR Newswire报道，Canaan Inc.（嘉楠科技）宣布收购 Cipher Mining 旗下合资项目 Alborz LLC、Bear LLC 和 Chief Mountain LLC 共49%股权，项目位于美国德州西部，合计电力容量约120 MW，对应算力约4.4 EH/s，机队能效约25.7 J/TH。交易对价约3,975万美元，将通过向 Cipher 发行约8.06亿股A类普通股（对应约5,376万股ADS），锁定期6个月。此外，嘉楠还从 Cipher 回购6,840台 Avalon A15Pro-AVG-221T 矿机。
