GoPlus (GPS) — The First Decentralized Security Layer

Beginner1/26/2025, 9:45:35 AM
GoPlus is committed to providing Web3 users with a comprehensive, unified, seamless, and decentralized security solution. Faced with the current challenges in the Web3 user security landscape, such as the lack of native user protection in blockchain architecture, high user security barriers, fragmented security configurations, and centralized security services, GoPlus proposes a new solution.

What is GoPlus?

GoPlus Security is the first decentralized security layer for Web3, designed to provide blockchain users with an open, permissionless security data infrastructure. Through its open, permissionless, and user-driven architecture, GoPlus seamlessly integrates into any blockchain or project to protect its users throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. It integrates cutting-edge AVS and AI solutions while supporting multiple public blockchains, helping users identify and avoid potential risks.

GoPlus currently handles 30 million API calls daily and has expanded its security coverage to over 30 blockchain networks. The platform protects over 12 million wallets, preventing potential losses of hundreds of billions of dollars and detecting over 800,000 malicious assets across different chains.

Why is GoPlus Needed?

Security is an enduring core topic in the Web3 industry. With the growing wealth effect on the blockchain, more external funds are flowing onto the chain. However, blockchain experiences still face several issues:

  • Lack of User Security Layer: The current blockchain technology architecture lacks inherent user protection features. Once a user clicks the send button in their wallet, they must take full responsibility for the transaction and cannot stop it, even if the transaction is malicious or fraudulent.
  • High User Threshold: Although some products, including wallets, provide security warnings and reminders, users still need to understand these notifications and make the right decisions.
  • Decentralized Security Configuration: With so many blockchain networks, users have to rely on decentralized security tools to meet cross-chain security needs. This fragmented approach is cumbersome and inefficient, making it difficult for users to ensure their transactions align with their personal security intentions.
  • Centralized Security Services: Many existing user security services are centralized, introducing certain risks. Their data and services lack transparency, raising concerns about potential vulnerabilities.

GoPlus offers end-to-end security protection throughout the entire user transaction lifecycle, creating a unified cross-chain security management center. By deeply integrating with blockchain as a native security layer, GoPlus provides a seamless security interaction experience and offers transparent and reliable security services based on a decentralized network. GoPlus’s solution comprehensively covers the security needs of Web3 users, bridging the gap between fragmented security solutions.

GoPlus Basic Layer

GoPlus Security is a decentralized security data and service network, mainly composed of a security data layer and a security computation layer. It operates in a permissionless, open, and user-driven manner, allowing any developer to join and provide corresponding security solutions based on user security needs at different stages of the transaction lifecycle.

Security Data Layer

This layer collects, processes, and stores security-related data in a decentralized manner to ensure data integrity, authenticity, and reliability. The security data layer allows developers to join the network and provide security solutions based on the security needs at different stages of the user transaction lifecycle (such as anti-fraud, anti-phishing, and anti-MEV).

SecWare (Security Software)

SecWare is a decentralized security service ecosystem built around users and security developers. The protocol consists of multiple contract entities that define the interactions and relationships between users, developers, and the security services they provide:

  • Creation and Purchase: Developers can create SecWare instances by registering their security services (e.g., anti-scam, anti-phishing, or anti-MEV) on the SecWare protocol. Users can browse available SecWares and choose to bind the desired service to SecHub or purchase it. Binding SecWare allows users to access its features, while purchasing grants them additional privileges or premium services.
  • Revenue and Distribution: All profits generated by SecWare instances are collected into a revenue pool. Developers are entitled to withdraw their share of the profits based on the usage and performance of their SecWare. The revenue pool automatically distributes profits to developers according to predefined rules and the performance of SecWares.
  • Staking and Slashing: To ensure the quality and reliability of SecWares and prevent malicious behavior, the SecWare protocol employs a staking and slashing mechanism. Developers must stake a certain amount of tokens when creating a SecWare instance to commit to providing reliable and effective security services. If they fail to meet the specified requirements or are found to be malicious, a portion of their staked tokens may be slashed as a penalty.
