Want to leverage AI for real business impact? Here are 5 power prompts that can actually reshape how you operate:

1. **Strategic Gap Analysis** - Ask: "Analyze my current business model and identify 3 blind spots where AI automation could cut costs by 30% within 90 days." Forces you to think beyond surface-level efficiency.

2. **Customer Behavior Decoder** - Try: "Based on typical patterns in [your industry], what are the unspoken pain points my customers face that competitors miss?" Uncovers goldmine insights.

3. **Content Machine Blueprint** - Prompt: "Create a 90-day content calendar that positions my brand as a thought leader, with daily themes and weekly deep-dive topics." Consistency builds authority.

4. **Rapid Prototyping Partner** - Use: "I have this rough idea: [describe]. Challenge my assumptions and suggest 3 alternative approaches I haven't considered." AI as your devil's advocate.

5. **Metrics That Matter** - Ask: "What are the 5 leading indicators I should track weekly to predict quarterly revenue, and how do I collect them without extra tools?" Data clarity drives decisions.

The trick isn't just asking questions—it's asking the RIGHT questions that force brutal honesty about where you actually stand. Most founders waste AI on tasks. Smart ones use it to think differently.

Three months is enough time to validate whether these shifts work. Start with one prompt this week. Refine based on what you learn. Repeat.

AI won't run your business. But it'll show you which parts you're running wrong.

Is this the kind of "AI is the silver bullet" article again... But this guy's point is actually quite interesting, asking the right questions is indeed much more effective than shooting in the dark. I'm currently trying the fourth one, having ChatGPT act as the devil's advocate. The awkward thing is it directly exposed a bunch of my assumptions from half a year ago haha, which is a bit of a blow but also quite satisfying... The key is not to rely on AI to make decisions for you; its most valuable role is to force you to face those issues you've been avoiding.

Medical records indicate that this prompt logic is good, but there is a clinical manifestation worth noting—the 90-day cycle setting is an illusory promise for most project teams. A 30% cost reduction? I have seen many protocols boast similar liquidity indicators, only for the true situation to be revealed when funds flow out. The real issue is not with the prompt itself, but with the executor's self-diagnosis ability. Can you accept AI pointing out hidden risks in your business model? Most founders deny it as soon as they see the first risk warning. It is recommended to regularly review these five dimensions, especially the metrics—many DeFi projects fail due to false prosperity in leading indicators. Ask yourself first whether you can withstand this "brutal honesty."

The key is still to ask the right questions... Actually, out of the 5 prompts, the most practical one is the metrics one; the others are just AI hype. Setting the target of a 30% cost reduction is too aggressive—historically, the actual implementation rate is usually only about 15-20%. I agree with the three-month validation period, but there has to be baseline data for comparison; otherwise, it's just guesswork.

It's another one of those "ask the right questions with AI" motivational talks... Sounds nice, but the real issue is that most people haven't even figured out their own business logic. No matter how many prompts they ask, it's pointless.

It’s another one of those “ask the right questions” motivational posts… But to be honest, the fourth point is actually kind of interesting—having AI play the opposing side is pretty clever.

Nah, this set of prompts sounds good, but the real challenge is execution... Most people will still just use AI as a typing tool.

NGL, this set of prompts sounds pretty good, but the real problem is that most people can't even come up with the questions... Just being able to ask questions isn't enough; what's key is execution, right?
