💥 HBAR price nears breakout as inverse head and shoulders pattern forms
HBAR price is consolidating below key resistance as an inverse head and shoulders pattern develops, signaling a potential bullish breakout if the neckline resistance is cleared with volume.
HBAR ($HBAR ) price action is showing increasingly constructive behavior as the market builds a classic bullish reversal structure on the higher timeframes. After an extended corrective phase, price has stabilized and begun forming an inverse head and shoulders pattern, a formation often associated with trend reversals when confirmed
$RIVER – Strong bullish momentum continuation after explosive breakout structure.
I’m seeing a clean impulsive move from 12.6 to 20.0, followed by healthy consolidation instead of collapse. That tells me this is not a pump and dump. This is controlled bullish structure building higher lows on the 1H timeframe.
The rejection from 20.06 was sharp, but sellers failed to push price back below 16.3 demand. Since then, I’m seeing compression with higher lows forming around 17.2–17.5. That’s strength.
Market Read
I’m looking at this as a bullish continuation pattern. After a strong impulse, price is ranging between 16.3 and 20.0. That’s accumulation inside strength. If 18.6 breaks with conviction, momentum continuation toward prior high liquidity is likely.
Entry Point
I’m entering between 17.8 – 18.3 on minor pullbacks with confirmation above 18.6.
Target Points
TP1: 20.0 – previous high liquidity
TP2: 21.8 – breakout extension level
TP3: 23.5 – measured move from range expansion
Stop Loss
16.9 – below higher low structure and demand base
How it’s possible
We already had a strong impulse leg. Strong impulses rarely reverse immediately without deep retracement. Instead, they consolidate and expand again. If buyers defend 17.5 zone and break 20.0 with volume, trapped shorts above prior high fuel acceleration. Momentum traders enter on breakout confirmation, pushing price toward extension targets.
Risk is controlled below structure. Reward is positioned above liquidity.
I’m trading strength, not chasing weakness.
