Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai Attacked and Fire Breaks Out, Fire Has Been Extinguished

At approximately 1:30 AM local time on March 1, an attack and fire occurred on the northeast side of the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai. Some guests were resting at the time and were awakened by the explosion and tremors, then evacuated through safety channels. The hotel lobby was once filled with thick smoke. The fire has now been extinguished.
