March 6th, Xianhui Technology announced that the company and its controlling subsidiary, Fujian Dongheng New Energy Group Co., Ltd., have signed various sales contracts and designated notification letters with CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited) and its subsidiaries from November 19, 2025, until the date of the announcement, totaling approximately 945 million yuan (excluding tax).
